Super-Hard-Coat Abrasion-Resistant Acrylic Sheets (RHG)

An optically clear CLAREX acrylic sheet with enhanced scratch resistance for demanding abrasion-prone applications.

CLAREX super-hard-coat abrasion-resistant acrylic (RHG) features a 9H pencil hardness, offering even greater scratch resistance than standard hard-coat acrylic grades. This makes it a strong fit for applications where surface durability and abrasion resistance are especially important.

Because this upgraded hard coat is more brittle than standard hard coat options, RHG is best suited for environments where scratch resistance matters more than impact resistance. It is also a more premium option, making it ideal for applications that require a higher level of surface protection.

Benefits of Super-Hard-Coat Acrylic Sheets

Offers even greater scratch resistance than standard hard-coat acrylic, with 9H pencil hardness for demanding high-abrasion applications.

Made from optical grade cell-cast acrylic for excellent visual quality, with no retardation or birefringence.

Available with super-hard-coat on one or both sides.

Available with non-glare textures to help reduce glare in display applications.

Offers optical performance without retardation or birefringence for demanding optical and display applications.

Offered in a range of colors, with color matching available if a standard option does not meet your requirements.
