High-Temperature Cast Acrylic Sheets (W7)
Optical-grade performance engineered for elevated heat environments and applications.
CLAREX HiTemp (W7) Cast Acrylic offers the same exceptional optical clarity and mechanical strength as standard CLAREX formulations, but with enhanced thermal resistance for demanding applications.
Designed to maintain stability up to 95°C continuous working temperature (versus 85°C for standard formulations), it’s ideal for environments where consistent optical quality is required under higher operating temperatures. The HiTemp formulation can also serve as a base for customized CLAREX variations such as diffusers, optical filters, and NIR windows.
Benefits of High-Temperature Cast Acrylic Sheets:
- High Heat Resistance – Maintains clarity and strength at continuous temperatures up to 95°C.
- Optical-Grade Quality – Delivers the same precision optical properties as standard CLAREX sheets.
- Exceptional Durability – Excellent weatherability and chemical resistance for long-term performance.
- Machinability & Versatility – Ideal for laser cutting, fabrication, and custom processing.
- Defect-Free Finish – 100% visually inspected to ensure optical uniformity and consistency.
- Custom Colors – Color-matching is available to meet specific visual or performance requirements.
